Underwater

It's a bit messy in some parts, and I definitely feel like I rushed through it, but I felt like I needed to enter a contest. Obviously I don't think I'll win, but at least it gave me a reason to come up with something that wasn't a doodle or cartoon. Also my first attempt at using a special effects brush.
